First, the relevant details of the rational use of jaw crusher

1. The hydraulic interlocking system of the jaw crusher must notbe removed under any circumstances. This is a guarantee for the safe operationof the equipment.

2. When the machine is running, no one is allowed to stand in therotary surface of the jaw crusher.

3. When the machine is running, the operator must not use his handto take large pieces of ore or other related items into the machine.

4. The feed specification of the jaw crusher should not exceed0.85 times the size of the mine mouth.

5. The jaw crusher must be idling.

6. The jaw crusher is suitable for crushing hard and medium-hardore. It should not be pulverized with unsuitable materials (such as brokenmaterials) to avoid unnecessary damage.

Second, inspection and preparation before equipment operation

1. Before the crusher starts, it must first check whether thelubrication points are normal, whether there are any phenomena such as blockageor oil leakage.

2. Operate the handle dry oil pump to make the lubrication pointsadequate and refuel.

3. Check each instrument to see if it is in good condition.

4. Adjust the discharge port to the appropriate scale.

5. Check if there are ore or other broken materials in thecrushing chamber.

6. The elastic modulation of the V-belt and the locking spring ismoderate.

7. Check the electrical interlocking device, the lighting numberand the protection facilities are complete and normal.

8. Check if the connecting bolts are loose.

Third, the method of starting operation

1. Start the system for vacuuming.

2. After receiving the signal from the lower process flow, the jawcrusher is started at no load.

3. When the jaw crusher is operating normally, restart the tanktype feeder to select the ore.

Fourth, parking operation and emergency parking treatment methods

1. If the crusher stops, you must select the operation steps tostop the mine after all the ore is removed.

2. If you choose to park, you should stop the ore supply system(ie, the tank type feeder).

3. Stop the vacuum cleaner and the water supply system afterstopping for 5 minutes. Never choose to park the vacuum cleaner and the watersupply system after the parking operation.

Fifth, immediate emergency stop when the following conditions occur

1. If the main bearing or the moving jaw suddenly rises above 80°C, the surface phenomenon is that the back of the hand and the bearing seatcannot last for one second, and the emergency stop.

2. The front or rear thrust plate is broken and emergency stop.

3. If the belt bolt or other transmission parts are broken, it maybe possible to fly out of the injured and emergency stop.

4. The motor smoke "broom", emergency stop.
