Maintenance during the operation of a single-stage hammer crusherrequires attention to several aspects.

First, the equipment before the operation check

1. Injection of grease into the main shaft bearing, feed rollerbearing and intermediate shaft bearing, and oil filling of the reducer.

2. Whether there are any foreign objects in the crushing chamber(including the surface of the scorpion).

3. Whether the feeding roller and the surrounding are in contactwith each other.

4. Whether the rotation direction of the output shaft of the feedroller drive reducer is correct.

5. The crusher rotor car inspection, remove all metal collisionsounds that should not be.

6. Whether the rotor long hoop screw, the bolts of variouscomponents and the anchor bolts have vibration.

7. Whether the motor rotating in the correct direction.

8. Whether all the doors on the body is closed.

Second, equipment operation

1. There is no metal impact sound during operation.

2. The rotor and feed roller are running smoothly.

3. The spindle bearing temperature generally does not exceed 80°C, the high-speed shaft bearing temperature generally does not exceed 90 °C,and the sliding bearing temperature of the feed roller does not exceed 65 °C.

4. The main motor current is stable.

5. After stopping, check all the bolts and coupling pins in theoperation, and tighten the loose bolts and the long bolts of the rotor totighten the wedges of the coupling pins.

Third, general requirements for maintenance and repair

1. Although the machine has a feed roller and an iron inletprotection device, it is still necessary to avoid foreign matter such as ironpieces that are not easily broken into the machine.

2. After the machine is started for three minutes, it is confirmedthat there is no abnormality, and then the mine is sent. The crusher must stopafter the mine is stopped and the residual ore is confirmed in the crushingchamber.

3. Do not park large ore on the feed roller.

4. Pay attention to the sound of the monitoring machine. Ifabnormal sound is found, stop the inspection immediately, find out the causeand handle the fault before continuing work.

5. The main bearing (bearing of the rotor) and the high-speedshaft bearing (bearing of the small pulley) are greased, and the grease shouldbe replaced regularly.

6. The feed roller bearing is periodically injected with grease.

7. The main bearing and the high-speed shaft bearing are equippedwith thermal resistance, and the alarm device is matched with it.

8. A protective cover must be provided for the rotating parts suchas the crusher belt pulley and the V-belt.
