Practice has proved that the ability to replace lubricants on schedule can extend the life of bearings and other parts.
Jaw crusher lubrication: We use the thin oil lubrication system is generally composed of oil pumps, filter coolers, oil pressure control valve, fuel tank, tubing, instrument indicator devices. When the oil pressure is too high or the oil flow rate is too high, adjustment can be made through the oil pressure adjustment valve. In the normal lubrication process, the oil flow rate must be appropriate. The return oil temperature of the dilute oil lubrication system cannot be higher than 600 degrees, and the normal temperature in the oil tank should be controlled at 35-50°C. When the oil temperature is too high, water cooling measures should be taken. The water pressure should be less than 0.5 atmospheres of oil pressure. When the pressure difference between the front and rear of the oil filter exceeds 0.40 atmosphere, the filter should be cleaned. The oil lubricated lubricating oil should be replaced every 3-6 months under normal operating conditions. At the same time, the fuel tank and other related lubrication components and parts must be thoroughly cleaned with kerosene to ensure the smoothness of the entire lubrication system and the oil quality is clean. For parts that are regularly lubricated with manual lubrication, more attention should be paid to timely, appropriate, and accurate lubrication.
