First, in the crusher production, in addition to dust problems

1. The filtering area of the bag filter is too small, and the actual amount of air extraction is insufficient. It is difficult to form micro-negative pressure in the dust cover and the cavity of the crusher at the feeding port of the crusher, resulting in a large dust environment in the work environment.

2. When the moisture content of the crushing material is large, the dust particles entering the dust collector are coarser than the broken dry material. The bag dust collector is easy to peal the bag, and the material feeder is easy to be blocked, resulting in a drastic increase in the ventilation resistance of the bag filter and a decrease in the ventilation capacity, dust is serious.

3. The dust enters into the pipe of the dust collector. The elbow at the inlet pipe increases the resistance of the system, and the elbow part is easily abraded and blocked by the dust. The dust collected by the screw conveyor and the sub-grid transport bag filter removes power consumption and increases the workload of mechanical maintenance.

4. During the falling process of the material on the belt conveyor, the air and the material enter the airtight dust cover together. The dust-laden gas diffuses through the gap and the hole on the cover wall to the outside of the cover to pollute the environment.

5. In order to reduce the dust caused by air leakage from the crusher shell, in actual production, when the material is dry, it is often sprayed at the inlet of the crusher, and the result is that the bag filter bag and the feeder of the bag filter are intensified.

6. Bag filter and accessories more failures, not only affect the normal dust, but also increase the maintenance workload of the equipment. From the statistics of equipment maintenance, the poor quality of spare parts is a major cause of equipment failure.

Second, the improvement of the above issues

1. Improve the process arrangement of the bag filter, and arrange the dust remover of the crusher according to the direction of the belt conveyor. The standard type hopper of the bag filter is transformed into a double hopper structure, and the bag filter is raised to facilitate the arrangement of the air intake pipe. The air inlet box is arranged at the air inlet to make the dust in the feeding port of the crusher enter the air inlet box of the dust collector directly, which saves the elbow, reduces the system resistance and improves the dust collection efficiency. The hopper lock wind adopts a single-layer flap valve to reduce secondary dust and improve dust removal.

2. The dust at the corner of the belt conveyor is restricted by the site conditions. The chute and the dust cover can not be changed. The dust collection process is arranged in the form of mining, so that the dust cover is in a state of slight negative pressure to eliminate dust from the belt conveyor.

3. According to the need to be conducive to the service life of the filter material and pulse valve, but also take into account the dust from the ash falling place, in order to improve the integrated dust removal effect of the crusher and the belt conveyor, when the dry material is broken, according to need crusher material inlet watering.

4. Strengthen the management of dust removal equipment, regularly check the confinement of the dust cover, and find problems in a timely manner. Evaluate the target environment and the dust emission of the bag filter, perform dust management on a regular basis, use the economic lever to mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff, increase the maintenance level of the dust removal equipment, and minimize the dust pollution.

Third, improve the effect

1. After the renovation, the environment at the corners of the crusher and the belt conveyor meets the design requirements, and dust emission is hardly seen at the outlet of the dust collector.

2. The bag filter phenomenon occurs inside the bag filter.

3. Dust cover dust curtain structure has a great impact on the dust effect, dust curtain can not be used an old belt hanging on the matter, the old belt should be cut into 15 ~ 20mm wide, 1/4 part superimposed into 1 block curtains, this will not only facilitate the passage of the material on the belt conveyor, but also has good sealing performance.

In order to ensure a good job environment, in addition to the need to strengthen the maintenance of dust removal equipment, on-job workers, it is also necessary to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the positions and crusher equipment.
