Double roller granulator is a kind of material containing a certain amount of moisture into a specific shape of the molding equipment, mainly by the frame, fixed roller device, movable roller device, transmission device and other components. Its working process is to extrude the material entering the roller granulator at one time. The machine has the advantages of reasonable structure, stable and reliable performance, convenient cleaning and maintenance, low energy consumption, long life and high granulation rate.
The working principle of the pair-roll granulator is that the motor uses the belt to drive the reducer, and the reducer drives the fixed roller and the movable roller to rotate synchronously through the chain drive. The material falls between the pair of rollers from the top of the equipment, passes through the double-roll extrusion, granulation, and is discharged from the discharge port. The function of extrusion is to squeeze out the air between the particles, and the other is to make the distance between the particles close enough to produce attractive forces such as Van der Waals force, adsorption force, Crystal Bridge and embedded connection. The strength of particles formed by extrusion granulation is mainly due to the force between molecules.
The roller granulator is assembled by the frame, transmission device, movable roller device, fixed roller device and other auxiliary parts. The structural characteristics of each part are as follows:
1. Frame: After the overall welding is completed, the large vertical lathe and boring and milling machine are used for integrated processing and manufacturing, which ensures the processing, matching accuracy and shape tolerance of each part, and effectively improves the installation accuracy and reliability of the whole machine.
2. Transmission device: belt transmission is adopted between the motor and the reducer, and the transmission is stable and reliable.
3. Active roller device: the guide rail frame is embedded in the bearing seat, the bearing seat slides along the guide rail frame by adjusting the position of the spring seat, and the pre-pressure of the active roller device is adjusted by the lead screw, so as to obtain a product that meets the requirements.
4. Fixed roller device: adopts the split structure of the roller and the hub, which is convenient to replace the roller. The cylinder body is made of high-quality carbon steel plate by rolling and welding. The high end is provided with a material retaining ring to prevent material return, and the low end is provided with a supporting hub to prevent deformation of the cylinder body during extrusion.
5. Accessory parts: roll cover device, chain and belt wheel shield.
