The main raw materials of this project are clay raw materials, thermal analysis residue and water-based mud cake with water content of 30% ~ 40%. The forklift operator feeds the three kinds of raw materials into the non-standard receiving Hopper on the upper part of the box feeder through the forklift. The materials fall into the quantitative feeder set below through the box feeder, then fall into the belt conveyor below, and transport them to the stone removal machine. The stone removal waste falls into the trolley and can be cleaned regularly.
The additive powder is fed through the powder receiving Hopper, transported to the bucket elevator through the screw feeder, and then lifted and dropped into the additive powder bin. The outlet of the powder bin is provided with a screw gate, and the lower part is provided with a screw metering scale. The additive powder and the materials after stone removal are dropped onto the belt conveyor together, and then transported to the first-stage double-shaft mixer, and then to the second-stage double-shaft mixer. This section is equipped with a stand-alone dust collector, and the dust falls into the screw feeder through the ash outlet to re-enter the batching, which can improve the on-site operating environment.
The mixture shall be stored in the aging yard for about 7~15 days, and the specific time shall be adjusted according to the production needs.
