1. The working principle of the elevator:
Bucket elevator is a kind of machinery conveying equipment which is widely used. Its working principle is that the traction belt surrounds between the head wheel and the bottom wheel, the Hopper is fixed on the traction belt according to a certain distance, the shell seals the Hopper and the traction belt, the material enters the moving Hopper from the engine base, rises along the barrel, the material is thrown out by the Hopper at the head of the machine, and is discharged out of the machine through.
The main components can be divided into: operating components, driving devices, upper Devices, Middle chassis and lower devices.
2. Bucket elevator features:
1) vertical transportation, compact structure, small floor area and simple;
2) good sealing performance, able to work in fully enclosed cover;
3) The Lifting height and delivery volume are relatively large;
4) the sensitivity of overload is high, the bucket and traction parts are easy to be damaged, and they are not suitable for transporting large pieces of materials, and they are evenly fed, otherwise they are easy to be blocked.
3. Specific requirements for installation of bucket elevator:
1. The foundation of the elevator should be stable enough and the relative position should be correct to ensure that the supporting surface at the lower part of the elevator is in the horizontal plane.
2. The joint of the middle casing can be filled with waterproof canvas or asbestos tape to ensure that the casing of the sealed joint is neat and cannot be misplaced. The stress of the centerline of all intermediate casing should be on the same lead.
3. The upper active sprocket shaft and the lower tension sprocket shaft of the elevator should be on the same vertical plane, and the two shafts should be installed and adjusted in the horizontal position.
4. The tension of the two installed chains should be consistent and the funnel skew phenomenon should be avoided.
5. The axis of the drive chain wheel shaft of the elevator should be on the same horizontal line as the low-speed axis of the reducer.
6. The shaft of the motor is parallel to the high-speed shaft of the reducer in the same horizontal plane.
4. Precautions for bucket elevator:
1. Bucket elevator should be driven with empty load. Therefore, all the materials in the hopper should be drained before stopping the machine every time.
2. It cannot be reversed. If it is reversed, chain derailment may occur. It is very troublesome to eliminate derailment.
3. Evenly feed, and it is forbidden to suddenly increase the feeding amount. The feeding capacity cannot exceed the conveying capacity of the elevator. Otherwise, it is easy to cause serious accumulation of materials at the bottom and cause "stuffy car" accidents.
4. Timely and appropriate amount of lubricating oil.
5. Chain and Hopper should be replaced in time when seriously worn or damaged
