So,how to effectively increase the production capacity of the impact crusher?
First, reasonable reduction of materialhumidity
If the moisture contained in the materialis large, the material is easy to adhere in the crushing chamber, and it iseasy to block during the blanking process, thereby reducing the productioncapacity of the counter-breaking. Therefore, for materials with a largemoisture content, the method of drying or drying in advance can be adopted toreasonably reduce the humidity of the material and increase the capacity forcounterattacking.
Second, pre-screening materials
If the material before crushing contains alarge amount of large ore, it will inevitably increase the crushing time of thematerial in the crushing chamber, and the capacity of the counter-breaking willbe reduced to some extent. If the material before the crushing contains a lotof fine powder, it will also have a low counter-attack capacity. Because thesefine powders can easily adhere, affecting the transport and cutting. Thematerials are pre-screened in advance, and the bulk and powder materials arescreened for treatment, so that the materials entering the crushing chamber aremore in line with the design requirements of counter-breaking, and theproductivity of counter-breaking is effectively improved.
Third, reasonable increase of the mainmotor power
In the range of rated motor power, thegreater the power of the main motor, the higher the production efficiency ofthe counter-break and the higher the production capacity. Therefore, inproduction, the main motor power can be increased within the allowable range toincrease the capacity of the counter-break.
Fourth, properly increase the rotor speed
The rotation speed of the rotor is one ofthe important working parameters of the impact crusher. It plays a decisiverole in the crusher productivity, product size and crushing ratio. Tests showthat as the rotor speed increases, the production capacity and crushing ratioof the counter-breaking are significantly increased, and the productgranularity is relatively fine. However, with the increase of the rotorelement, the power consumption is also increased, the plate hammer wear isaccelerated, and a certain production cost is increased. Therefore, in theproduction, the high speed of the rotor cannot be pursued blindly, and thespeed increase should be appropriate.
Fifth, the angle of the counterattackshould be appropriate
