Because crystalline graphite has naturalfloatability, flake graphite has good floatability. Therefore, for these twokinds of graphite ore, ZK Corp usually adopts multi-stage grinding multi-stageflotation method for beneficiation. The reason why the multi-grinding andmulti-floating method should be adopted is to protect the graphite scales,ensure that the scales are not damaged, and ensure that the quality of theconcentrate meets the requirements. In the multi-stage flotation process, theapplication of flotation reagents: collectors should use diesel, heavy oil,kerosene, sulfuric acid, phenols, etc.; foaming agents should use No. 2 oil,No. 4 oil, butyl ether oil and Ether alcohol and the like.

The beneficiation equipment used in themulti-stage grinding multi-stage flotation method includes: crushing mostlyusing a jaw crusher for coarse crushing, hammer crusher and cone crusher formedium crushing; grinding stage usually adopts wet ball mill and lattice ballmill; The flotation equipment commonly used in the selection stage includes JJFflotation machine, XCF flotation machine and XJB rod flotation machine; in thedehydration stage, we will use hydrocyclones and belt filters.

Re-election flotation
