Third, the correct maintenance of the chain conveyor

1. Check the tightening of the connecting bolts of each chain plate. If it is loose, tighten it in time.

2. Check the tightening condition of each department's inspection. If it is loose, it should be tightened in time.

3. It is necessary to pay attention to the lubrication of the reducer of the chain conveyor. The lubricating oil should meet the requirements of the oil scale.

4. Pay attention to check the connection between the internal and external chain rights and the wheel. If there is wear or position change, it should be dealt with in time.

5. After the chain conveyor is finished working, the equipment is thoroughly inspected, cleaned and wiped, and the work site is cleaned.

6. Check the lubrication of each running part of the chain conveyor. The lubricating oil (fat) should be added according to the “five fixed” standard of equipment lubrication.
