First, the scraper conveyor operating procedures

1. Dress neatly and hold a valid certificate.

2. Conscientiously implement the safety regulations of the coal preparation plant, familiarize yourself with the process flow of the post and the upper and lower ranks, and the sequence of starting and stopping of the equipment, and clarify the centralized control signals.

3. Before starting the car, you must carefully check whether the mechanical equipment and the screws of each part are normal.

4. During the inspection process, personnel should stand in a safe position, and it is forbidden to penetrate all parts of the body into the scraper and the box.

5. During operation, carefully check the operation of the chain plate, the tightness of the chain, and whether the chain and the head wheel are meshed properly.

6. The first round of sundries or the goods in the box must be cleaned up.

7. If it is found that the chain is broken or the goods are pressed, stop immediately. When handling, the personnel stand on both sides of the machine body. It is strictly forbidden to handle the fault during operation.

Second, the scraper conveyor maintenance

1.During the start of the operation of the scraper conveyor, check the tightness of the scraper chain, because the connection between the chutes will reduce the spacing due to the operation. If the chain is too loose, there will be accidents such as card chain, jump chain, chain break and chain drop. The inspection method is to reverse the conveyor and count the number of loose links. If there are more than two fully relaxed links, you need to re-tighten the chain.

2. The working surface should be kept straight. If the working surface is not straight, the tension of the two chains will be different, which will result in uneven wear of the chain or cause the bottom chain to be dropped, stuck or broken.

3. The bending of the conveyor should be appropriate, do not appear "Sharp bend". The bending part should be not less than eight-section chute. When moving, pay attention to the front and rear hydraulic jacks to cooperate with each other to avoid sharp bends. Otherwise, it will cause the chute to be staggered, causing the chain to break the chain. It is necessary to pay special attention to the fact that the conveyor cannot be moved when it stops.

4. The conveyor should be laid flat. Due to the limitation of the structure of the chute, it can only adapt to the change of 3'-5' in the vertical direction, so the surface of the working surface should be flat if there is local unevenness. And the flat laying of the conveyor is conducive to the operation of the scraper chain, which can reduce the wear of the chute and reduce the power consumption.

5. When blasting, the transmission part of the conveyor and the pipeline, unit cable, switch, etc. must be protected. When the conveyor transports iron and long materials, safety measures should be taken to avoid personal accidents.

6. The overlap between the tail of the transition slot and the middle slot is not allowed to have excessive flexing.

7. Pay special attention to the vibration of the coupling. Check the vibration of the hydraulic coupling when the conveyor is started. In order to protect the good heat dissipation conditions, it should be cleaned frequently.
