1. Hydraulic system

2. Broken cavity type

The crushing cavity type refers to the geometric space formed between the moving cone and the fixed cone. The shape of the crushing chamber has a great intention for the performance of the whole machine, in fact, the main technical indicators of the crushing. The cone crusher is designed with four sizes of cavities from coarse to fine, and there are six possible combinations, which means that the cone crusher can be arbitrarily matched to meet the various needs of users.

3. Reliable sealing

The labyrinth seal is used to replace the water seal used in the past, so that dust and impurities can not enter the body, thus ensuring the cleaning of the lubricant, prolonging the service life of the bearing and the thrust ball bearing, and making the equipment run smoothly and reliably.

4. Easy to replace

The traditional crusher replaces the broken wall very slowly, and the new structure of the cone crusher replaces the broken wall very quickly. The upper broken wall of the cone crusher is equipped with a card tip. The broken wall is fixed by bolting up. The lower broken wall is fixed by hydraulic nut, and no filler material is needed on the back of the upper and lower broken wall. Therefore, the replacement is quick and convenient, and at the same time, the labor intensity of the worker is reduced.
