1.Monitoring of operating conditions and adjustment of operating parameters. The operating conditions of the waste heat boiler must be closely monitored. When the operating parameters exceed the specified range, it must be adjusted in time. Waste heat boilers need to monitor more projects, such as steam pressure, superheated steam temperature, drum water level, feed water temperature, feed water pressure, flue gas temperature and negative pressure at the inlet of waste heat boiler, temperature of flue gas at the exit of radiant cooling chamber, and negative pressure, the temperature of the flue gas at the exit of the waste heat boiler and some control indicators of negative pressure, gas production and recharge water treatment must be strictly controlled according to the design requirements.
2. Inspection In order to ensure the safety of the equipment and avoid accidents, in the normal operation of the waste heat boiler, it is required to carry out at least 2 to 4 comprehensive inspections per shift. If you check the problem, in addition to timely processing, you need to make a record for future use.
3. Record meter reading. The daily recording work of the waste heat boiler room is performed every hour or every half hour. The purpose of the record is to analyze the operation, reasonably operate, and determine the hidden danger of the accident. From another point of view, regular recording is to check it.
4. Flush the water level gauge. In order to clean the water level glass plate, it is convenient to observe the water level and prevent the water vapor communication pipe from being blocked, so as to prevent the operating personnel from being confused by the false water level phenomenon and causing the steam bag to be dehydrated or full of water. The operation steps of the flushing water level gauge are as follows: the water discharge valve of the full water level gauge, the flushing steam communication tube, the water connection tube and the glass plate; the water level plug of the water level gauge is closed, and the steam pipe and the glass plate are flushed. Close the water level gauge steam side cock, the boiling water side cock, and flush the water line. Open the steam side cock and slowly close the drain door. At this time, the water level should rise immediately to the normal water level before flushing and there is slight fluctuation. If the water level gauge is found abnormal after flushing, it should be re-rinsed and proofread. When flushing the water level, the operator should have practical protective measures. When operating, do not face the water level gauge to prevent the glass from being broken and hurting people.
5. Regular discharge should be done in a proper way, and the water level should be adjusted to a level slightly higher than the normal level. During the sewage discharge process, attention should be paid to monitoring the water supply pressure and the drum water level. If an accident affects the water level, stop the sewage immediately. If the sewage system has serious water shock, stop the sewage discharge and continue to do so after the abnormal elimination. After draining, attention should be paid to the change of the water level of the drum. If the water level is found to decrease or the water supply is higher than normal, the sewage valve should be checked for strictness. The time when the anti-ash pipe header is discharged should not exceed half a minute, and the time for draining the container under the convection tube bundle can be slightly longer.
