First, the operating procedures
1. Reasonable use of classifier: The classifier does not allow the load to start, and the load can be started.
2. Inspection and preparation before operation
(1) Before driving, check whether the oil in the reducer is sufficient. How to check and repair the energy-saving ball mill? Which items are necessary to check, whether the bearing in the bearing housing or the motor bearing is refueling.
(2) Whether the V-belt is moderate, whether the screws and the top wire are fastened, whether the coupling is intact, and whether the blade is broken. Whether the bracket is seriously deformed and the overflow trough is unblocked.
(3) Whether the electrical instrument is normal, the switch is good, and the safety protection device is reliable.
3. Driving sequence: After receiving the driving signal, notify the next process to drive, then close the power switch, press the start button, the ball mill equipment, start the main motor, and then gradually reduce the spiral to the mine, water supply, and put into normal operation.
4. Parking sequence: First stop the mine, stop the motor after the ore in the tank returns, and then lift the screw.
5. Operation monitoring:
(1) Pay attention to careful monitoring during operation. The voltage and current of the voltmeter and ammeter of each part should be abnormally changed, and should not be too high or too low.
(2) There is no blockage or no accumulation in the returning port.
(3) There should be no abnormal noise in each working position, no impact sound.
Second, maintenance procedures
1. Equipment structure: The operator of the classifier should be familiar with the structural performance, working principle and the name, specifications and functions of the equipment.
2. Lubrication system and requirements: Maintenance personnel should be in accordance with the "four fixed" principle, the lubrication of the various parts marked in the lubrication diagram, timely lubrication, no oil leakage, it is strictly prohibited to use untreated waste oil to keep the lubrication point clean.
3. Inspection during operation:
(1) Lubrication system should check the oil volume of the gearbox, pay attention to the temperature rise, keep the lubrication points clean, and do not allow the oil to overflow.
(2) The mechanical part should check the tightening condition of the bolts of each part, the meshing condition of the gears, pay attention to monitor the sound of each part, and there should be no leakage to the mine pipe trough, and there is no debris in the trough body.
(3) The electrical part should check whether the current and voltage are within the limit, and whether the temperature rise of the motor is normal, all switches and meters should be sensitive and reliable.
(4) Equipment sanitation and environmental sanitation: In the operation of the equipment, in addition to the operation part, it must be stopped for cleaning, and other parts must be cleaned in time, no oil dust, and no rust, sand, miscellaneous soil, etc. in the workshop, dark ditch, and vignetting.
