he Running-in Period of The Dryer Directly Affects the Service Life of The Dryer

A dryer is a mechanical device that uses heat to reduce the moisture of a material and is used to dry the object. The dryer vaporizes the moisture (usually referred to as moisture or other volatile liquid components) in the material by heating to obtain a solid material having a specified moisture content. The purpose of drying is for the purpose of material use or further processing.

The running-in period is the only way for the dryer equipment tobe produced normally. The running-in period generally refers to the process ofcontact, friction and biting of mechanical parts with equipment during initialoperation. Any mechanical equipment has a running-in period, and it is noexception as a dryer that is widely used in industrial production. It isimportant to operate the dryer properly during the running-in period, whichwill allow us to handle it in the future. Otherwise, it will cause frequentequipment failures and greatly reduce the life of the dryer. Therefore, theinitial use of the dryer is related to its future service life. During therunning-in period, the dryer must not only master the correct use of theequipment, but also pay attention to daily maintenance.

First, pay attention to check the lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, brake fluid and fuel oil level frequently, and pay attention to checkthe sealing performance of the whole machine. At the same time, the lubricationof each lubrication point should be strengthened. It is recommended to fill thelubrication point with grease during each running-in period.

Second, since the dryer is a special machine, the operator shouldreceive training from the manufacturer to fully understand the structure andperformance of the machine. Before operating the machine, you must first browsethrough the protection instructions and follow the instructions to operate andmaintain.

Third, the running-in period should be stopped, the machine shouldbe forcedly maintained, check and adjust the work, and pay attention to theexchange of oil.

Fourth, pay attention to the working load during the running-inperiod. The working load during the running-in period should not exceed 80% ofthe rated working load, and the appropriate workload should be deployed toprevent the overheating caused by the long-term operation of the machine.

Fifth, keep the machine clean, adjust and loosen the loose partsin time to prevent the parts from being worn out or the parts being lost due tolooseness.

Sixth, pay attention to the frequent inspection of each part, ifit is abnormal, it should be stopped in time to eliminate. The job should beterminated before the cause is not found and the fault has not been eliminated.

The above is the maintenance work done by the dryer during therunning-in period. The running-in period of the dryer is equivalent to thewarm-up movement before the exercise. The advantages and disadvantages of therunning-in directly affect the service life, safety and future maintenancecosts of the dryer. Therefore, users and friends must attach great importanceto the maintenance work during the running-in period. If you encounter problemsthat you can't solve during the running-in period, you must contact the ZK CORPin time to avoid further hidden troubles in the production of the dryer.
