First, the installation of shaker
The installation of vibrating screens is generally used in the crushing industry. It is necessary to have a belt conveyor and a chute. The weight requirement for installing the shaker should not exceed 10 tons, and it needs to be installed on a 4-meter-high vibration platform.
During the installation process, you must pay attention to safety. You must wear a safety helmet. All operations must be directed by the manager. Avoid operational safety issues due to mismatched coordination. Vibrating screen installation should follow the principle of installation from top to bottom, install a fixed one step, fixed one step check step. After the final installation is completed, the tester should be started under the guidance of the technical personnel. After all the debugging is completed, it can be put into production, and no one step can be omitted.
Second, the linear vibration screen operation considerations
1. The linear vibrating screen is generally three-phase power. The power supply must be properly connected and the phase-to-phase operation must be strictly prohibited.
2. In the process of transportation, in order to increase its rigidity, the linear vibrating screen usually adds transportation support. Therefore, the user must remove the transportation support before starting the machine. Otherwise, vibration of the vibrating screen will be affected. In severe cases, the machine will be damaged.
3. Although the bottom seat of the linear vibrating screen is firm, in order to ensure the screen body is in balance, the base must be firmly fixed with bolts so that the height difference between the front and rear support seats on the same side is the same. The bearing plate on both sides of the same end (input end or discharge end) is in the same horizontal plane, the error is within 2mm, that is, the linear vibration screen is in the horizontal state.
4. The linear vibrating screen frame is made of wood with less deformation, which is used to keep the screen flat and tensioned and achieve normal screening. If the specific gravity is large or the output is large, you can use the metal screen frame screen in the machine, you need to pay attention to check whether the screen is flat.
5. The connection of each part of the linear vibrating screen must be firm and reliable, all bolts must not be loosened, all parts must not have any abnormal sound, the minimum clearance between the vibrating part and the surrounding fixture on the screen is 30-50mm, the inspection machine whether the collar screw of the body frame is locked.
6. After starting the machine for the first time, observe the trajectory of the material and adjust the trajectory of the material according to the screening material to your desired shape.
