Fifth, pay close attention to the work of the motor. There are many reasons for the overheating of the motor shaft bushes, such as the sedimentation of sludge at the bottom of the tank, the small clearance of the stator of the impeller, the blockage of the suction pipe, and the cause of the motor itself. It is necessary to analyze the reasons carefully and master the laws of accidents in order to effectively avoid or reduce electrical accidents.

Sixth, the impeller speed of the flotation machine is an important technical parameter. To ensure that the flotation machine achieves the rated rotational speed, the main measure is to make the triangular belt on the belt pulley reach the specified number, tightness is moderate, and the degree of tightness of each belt is similar. Insufficient or uneven elasticity of the triangular belt is an important reason for the insufficient number of revolutions of the flotation machine impeller.

Seventh, according to the coal slurry inflating and agitating effect and the load change of the motor, etc., at any time to inspect the wear parts of the easy to wear parts (such as the stator, impeller, injector nozzle, etc). Undesired parts must be adjusted or replaced in time to ensure that the flotation machine is operating in a good technical condition.
