6. When looking through the inspection hole of the rotary kiln,you must use a fire shield and do not allow direct viewing. When the observationhole is not used, the sight hole should be closed.

7. During the operation, it is not allowed to touch the inside ofthe bearing, reducer or gear housing by hand or other things to perform anyrepair inspection or cleaning work. The safety protection facilities cannot bedismantled.

8. Always check whether the contact and wear of the roller and thesupporting roller and the stop wheel are even, whether there is excessive forceand the appearance of the pockmark, etc., check the sound of the reducer carefully,whether there is noise and abnormal noise.

9. Before stopping, stop the hot air from entering the rotarykiln, and then stop the feeding until the exhaust gas temperature is lower than50 °C. After the sludge in the rotary kiln is basically emptied, the rotarykiln can be stopped.

10. Do not wipe the surface of the machine with a rag tied to yourhand or finger. Be careful not to wrap the squeegee around the rotary kilncomponents, especially the roller.
