First of all, we should first check the ball mill cleaning work, the machine shall not be left behind with materials and debris.
The cleaning work includes many aspects, such as inspecting whether the ball mill enters or exits the material box or the inside of the dust collection tube, the cleaning of the ball mill bearing and the outer barrel of the mill, and the cleaning of the ball mill bearing and the outer barrel of the mill. In addition, pay attention to remove the debris near the ball mill, so as not to affect the operator's line of sight.
Secondly, before commissioning, the pipelines leading to the equipment should be removed and sealed blindly at the inlet of the equipment oil circuit.
The specific operation method is: use a temporary pipe to connect the equipment inlet pipe and the collection pipe, rinse it with a circulating oil pump, and check the oil filter network of the tank until there is no debris on the filter line, before the pipe can be considered rinse qualified. Then, the oil pipe is also pumped with circulating oil, flushed and connected to the ball mill equipment.
Again, before the ball mill is commissioned, the high-pressure oil pump should be run first, and the ball mill should be lifted by a high-pressure oil film to form a float to reduce the torque of the ball mill, and then the bearing and the lubrication portion of the ball mill should be filled with oil.
Then, check the accuracy of ball mill anchor bolts and liner bolts item by item. Check the power supply voltage and control the reliability of the ball mill equipment.
The coupling bolts of the joints of the ball mill motor and the reducer, the reducer and the mill are removed, or the coupling parts are detached, so that each part of the ball mill can be rotated independently.
Finally, test runs were performed in the order of a ball mill motor, a motor speed reducer, and a reducer ball mill. The motor runs for 4 hours, with a reducer for 8 hours, and with a ball mill for 24 hours. Ball mill spindle and drive bush temperature does not exceed 55 °C, reducer roller bearing temperature does not exceed 70 °C, it is considered qualified. After 8-12 hours of general test run, the temperature rise and vibration are kept within the specified range, and they are considered as qualified.
