First, limestone calcination process

Its entire calcination process is performed in a sealed container. Differentkiln shapes have different ways of preheating, calcining, cooling, andunloading. The qualityof raw materials is high, the quality of lime is good, the calorific value ofthe fuel is high, and the quantity is low; the limestone particle size isproportional to the calcining time; the lime activity is inversely proportionalto the calcination time and the calcining temperature.

1. Fire, explosion hazards

There are dangerous places for fire and explosion: main controlrooms, power distribution rooms, cable trenches, and gas leaks.

2. Equipment accident

Workshop equipment mainly includes fans, hoists, andheat-conducting oil cooling fans, which can cause accidents if they are handledimproperly.

3. Mechanical injury and human fall accident

Uncovered transmission equipment can easily cause mechanicalinjury accidents. Lifting operations and other high-altitude work areas as wellas ground wells, pits, and ditches are also likely to cause human fallaccidents.

4. Anti-gas leakage
