1. The quality of the screen is an important factor that causesthe screen to break too quickly. If the material of the screen does not meetthe screening requirements for the material, the screen will be damagedquickly. 2. The tension of the screen is not enough, causing the screen tovibrate, usually broken or damaged along the edge of the screen or the bead ofthe edge.
3. The screen usually has an upper sieve layer and a lower forcelayer, which require close fit between the two layers. 1. First, select a reliable quality screen when selecting thevibrating screen.
2. Often check the tightness of the screen.
