First, make full preparation before starting

Turning on the ball mill is not simply a matter of starting up. Starting the ball mill requires the user to do some preparatory work. Check if the connecting bolts are loosened. If they are loose, tighten them in time to check whether the lubricant is sufficient and impurities. Check if the transmission is normal. Inspect the main engine for debris. Inspect the components for damage. Check whether the host and transmission are surrounded obstacle. In addition, it is necessary to check whether the feeding, water supply, and power supply are normal, whether the electrical departments are complete, and whether the control system is in good condition.

Second, pay attention to the startup sequence

The ball mill needs to be started in a certain order. Before starting, it must be debugged. The feed motor, main motor, high-pressure oil pump, and low-pressure oil pump must be started one after another. The startup sequence cannot be disturbed. After starting the host, it is necessary to observe whether there is abnormal noise in the machine, and whether the running sound is normal. When starting the ball mill, it must be noted that if it is not started successfully, it cannot be started again within one hour. It needs to give the ball mill a buffer period. After 3 minutes of empty-car operation, ensure that the oil temperature is above 20 degrees and the equipment is operating normally before processing.

Third, the ball mill operation should pay attention to observation

After the ball mill operates normally, it needs to be observed. First, observe whether the current, oil temperature, spindle temperature, voltage, and other data are normal. Secondly, pay attention to whether the feed is continuous and uniform, and remove large unprocessable hard objects. If any abnormality is found in the feed, it shall be promptly shut down and cleaned, to mine, add the amount of steel ball according to the provisions of the addition, check the motor and spindle every half an hour, but also pay attention to adjust the size of the discharge port, pay attention to whether the hydraulic system is normal or not.

Fourth, stop and stop after treatment

Before stopping the ball mill, stop feeding first. Wait for the ball mill to stop the material in the machine before shutting down. When the ball mill stops running, stop the low pressure oil pump and observe the temperature of the bearing until the ball mill cylinder is cooled to room temperature complete the shutdown. After stopping the machine, check whether there are residual debris inside the ball mill and clean it up. In addition, after the ball mill runs for a period of time, it is necessary to select the ball and replace it with a new one to ensure that the grinding efficiency of the ball mill is not affected.
