First, whenthe checker works to start the beneficiation ball mill, the motor will reachthe rated working current in about 20 seconds. If the equipment cannot reachthe rated power after 20 seconds, it should be immediately shut down.Concentrate the ball mill to prevent the varistor from being burned. At thesame time, carefully check the equipment and find out the reason that it cannot start. The second start-up time should be more than 15 minutes apart fromthe first start-up equipment, and the motors and varistors should be fullycooled.

Second, ifthe bead mill is unsuccessful after two consecutive starts, then a thorough andthorough inspection is needed. It must be noted that the beneficiation ballmill can be started up to two times in succession. If it is not, it must bethoroughly checked before restarting. .
