First, the configuration of gravel crushingproduction line

1. Jaw Breaking + Counterattack Broken (Cone Broken)+ Auxiliary Equipment

The jaw breaking is mainly used to coarselybreak the material, has the advantages of large crushing ratio and high output;counterattack breaks the crushing cavity which is secondary crushing and iscontinuously optimized, which greatly improves its production capacity.

Process flow: The material is sent from thevibrating feeder to the crushing chamber of the jaw crusher for rough breakingoperations, and then sent to the counter-attack or cone crusher for finecrushing operations. The finely-crushed material is then sent to the vibratingscreen for screening. In accordance with the standard, the product is sent tothe finished product heap, and if it does not meet the standards, it is sent tothe counterattack and the crushing operation is continued until the standard ismet.

Sand washing machine: It is mainly used toclean the sand and ore after crushing sand.

Process flow: Breaking the coarse broken-conecrushing-sanding mechanism sand shaping-sand washing machine cleaning.

Advantages: Uniform and full product size,good plastic effect, can meet the demand of sand stone, low failure rate of theentire production line, reduce maintenance costs, strong production capacity,high output, short recovery cycle, reduce the investment risk of users, productmaterials without impurities, cleanliness.

Disadvantages: High initial investment costs,large area.
