1. Before installing the machine, checkwhether the motor tag is in accordance with the requirements. First check theparts list for completeness and damage according to the packing list. Check themotor surface for damage and deformation. Check whether the rotation isflexible, if any, remove it.

2. Measure the insulation resistance with a500-volt megohmmeter. The value of the insulation resistance of the statorwinding should be such that the drying temperature cannot exceed 120℃.Check the motor fasteners and beware of loosening. Check the power supply, ifit is missing phase, and run for 5 minutes without load.

3. Install the equipment according to theinstallation diagram. The foundation should have sufficient rigidity and strengthto support the full dynamic load and static load of the shaker.

4. To ensure that the screen box and hopper,chute and other non-moving parts should be maintained at about 75mm gap.

5. When installing, the four corners of thesieve box should be horizontal. The spring must be in the vertical state. Thecontact surface between the spring support and the spring must be leveled.After adjustment, the upper bearing of the spring is fixed on the trunnion ofthe sieve box and then welded together.

6. No-load trial run time is not less than 2hours. After no-load trial operation is qualified, the load can be put intotrial operation. The load test can be carried out according to the process testrequest.
