Rolling vibration is mainly achieved througha rolling bearing. Vibration bearings have radial clearance, geometricaccuracy, friction, eccentric vibration and lubrication. These factorsrespectively restrict the working rules of the vibration bearing, andaccurately reflect the rolling of the vibration screen. If the rolling vibrationis too large, the material can easily fly out of the screen body, causingresonance and causing low-frequency vibrations. If the gap is too small, itwill cause high frequency vibration. Again eccentric vibration, that is,centrifugal vibration, which depends on the exciter of the vibration motor, itis recommended to use a box type exciter, so that the magnitude of theexcitation force can be well adjusted, and the amplitude will be adjustedaccordingly. The linear vibratory screen rolling vibration is mainly realizedby a vibrating bearing of an exciter, and careful adjustment of severalimportant factors constraining this vibratory bearing will bring about amultiplier effect.

1. Circular vibrating screen is amulti-layered screen. The machine makes circular motion. It adopts cylindricaleccentric shaft exciter and eccentric block to adjust the amplitude. Thematerial screening line is long and the material is discharged from the exitand sent out by the conveyor. The machine has many specifications for screeningand has the characteristics of reliable structure, large amplitude and highscreening efficiency. It is the first screening plant of the beneficiation plant.

2. The linear vibrating screen uses theelectric vibration as the vibration source to make the material thrown up onthe screen and move straight forward at the same time. The stones and gravelare produced through several layers of screens. These finished products aredischarged from their respective outlets. The conveyor then delivers thefinished material. This equipment is more suitable for assembly lineoperations.
