Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. has been specialized in producing machinery and equipment in the metal magnesium smelting industry since 1988, and it has been 35 years since then. Zheng mine has made remarkable achievements in the magnesium metal industry and has become an industry benchmark!

In 1988, based on the technical advantages of Henan Metallurgical Planning and Design Institute and Zhengzhou Light Metals Research Institute, the company began to produce complete sets of mechanical equipment in the metal magnesium smelting industry, and continuously devoted itself to the improvement of smelting process and equipment level in the metal magnesium plant.

From 2003 to 2005, the company successfully researched, developed and produced preheater which was applied to the calcination of dolomite independently. This equipment can save 40% of fuel, increase 30% of output, recycle the heat of exhaust gas, and make the dust removal emission index of flue gas reach below 30mg/ Nm. At present, its share in domestic magnesium plants has reached more than 90%, and it has become a recognized product of many magnesium smelting experts and the industry.

From 2004 to 2006, it successfully developed and manufactured a complete set of process equipment of the new energy-saving dolomite calcination system, which is "vertical preheater + rotary kiln + vertical cooler", making the calcination system truly achieve high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection, safety and high degree of automation.

From 2007 to 2008, a low calorific value gas combustion device was developed and manufactured. The low calorific value gas of 1200kcal/Nm can be used for rotary kiln calcination without adding pulverized coal.

From 2009 to 2010, star wheel high-efficiency ferrosilicon Crusher was developed and produced. The crushing ratio is large, the product is cube, the particles are well formed and uniform, the particle size is 85% 3- 6mm, and the content of needle sheet and powder is low, which is beneficial to mine grinding and mixing.

Since 2011, it has devoted itself to the research and development and trial production of high-efficiency slag picker, and put forward a new idea of combining "fast slag gas separation" and "in-situ gas purification". It has successfully completed the cold and hot experiments of the principle prototype, and has entered the stage of product design and manufacturing at present.

In October, 2011, Zhengzhou mine, School of Mechanical Engineering and School of Materials of Zhengzhou University jointly established the vertical reduction furnace research and development center. Taking advantage of talents in colleges and universities, combining the manufacturing ability of metallurgical equipment in Zheng mine and absorbing the production experience of magnesium company, a set of initial plan of vertical reduction furnace was completed at the initial stage of its establishment.

In 2017, after six years of painstaking research, ZK research and development center designed and finalized the second-generation complete set of reduction furnace system ZK-S90.

From 2013 to 2018, Zheng mine drafted the technological equipment standards for China's magnesium metal industry and passed the national expert review.

In 2019, the three standards of preheater, rotary kiln and cooler, which were formulated by Zheng mine for magnesium smelting and production, were approved and implemented.

By 2022, Zk corp had 110 patents, including 20 invention patents and 90 utility model patents.
