Project Introduction

This project mainly provides the process design from the start of the post-aging feeding box feeder to the storage range of finished products.

The feeding box feeder evenly feeds the homogenized sludge and clay mixture to the belt conveyor. The belt conveyor will put the material into the double mixer after passing through the double-roller stone remover for mixing, and the mixed material will be squeezed and granulated by the double-roller granulator. The granulated material ball will be sifted by the shaper, and the qualified chat ball will be sent to the rotary kiln into the kiln tube through the large inclination belt conveyor. When the ball enters the rotary kiln, it is preheated and dried first, and then enters the calcined kiln for calcination. During this period, the raw material ball will mature and swell, forming mature ceramsite. The burnt ceramsite enters the cooling machine for cooling. The finished ceramsite produced by the cooler is stored in the delivery yard of the belt conveyor.
