Grinding Process of Coal Gangue

Phase 2: Grinding

The small pieces of coal gangue after crushing are sent to the silo by the elevator, and then are evenly and quantitatively conveyed into the cylinder of the ball mill by the vibrating feeder for grinding.

Phase 3: Classification

The coal gangue powder after grinding is classified by the classifier. The unqualified materials are returned to the ball mill for re-grinding after classification by the classifier.

Phase 4: Powder Collection

The materials that meet the fineness requirements are carried by the airflow through the pipeline and enter the dust collector for separation and collection. The collected finished materials are sent to the finished product silo through the discharge port by the conveying device.
