3. Craftsmanship process: The mixed quartz sand material is fed into the double-shaft mixer for pre-hydration, and then enters the pelletizing disk for granulation. After pelletization, the material is transported to the drying section via a belt conveyor. It is heated by a hot air furnace system, and the moisture is reduced from 10.8% to 5% in the dryer. The dried pellets enter the next firing process, and the smoke from the dryer is passed through a dust filter to ensure that the smoke emission meets environmental standards.
