1. Project Description: The customer needs to perform calcination due to excessive powder, which makes it difficult to handle the subsequent smoke. The post-calcination gas treatment is not up to standard. They want to pelletize it before calcination to solve the gas issue. Fineness: 80-100 mesh, Moisture Content: 3%, Main Ingredients: Quartz Sand, Pure Soda, etc., Pellet Size: 10-15mm, Capacity: 3t/h
2. Host device parameters:
2.1 ball tray:
Disc diameter: 2200mm
Plate edge height: 350mm
Plate angle: 45-55 ° Can be adjusted according to the actual pelletization effect to ensure uniformity and stability of the pellets.
2.2 dryer:
Specifications: φ1×10m, moderate length, ensuring sufficient stay time of the material in the dryer for ideal drying effect.
Moisture content of the incoming material: 10.8%, which is the moisture content of the material after pelletization.
Material moisture: 5%, meets the requirements for subsequent firing processes.
Drying temperature: 250-300 ° C, choose based on material characteristics and drying efficiency to ensure drying quality.
Capacity: 3t/h, matching the overall production line capacity.

2.2 Bag Dust Collector:
Model PPC32-4, suitable for handling the smoke generated by the dryer.
Total filter area: 124m², ensuring sufficient filtering capacity to meet emission standards.
Filter material: polyester felt, with good high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, suitable for handling dusty smoke.
Dust collector resistance: 1470-1770Pa. Through reasonable design of the filter bag layout and dust removal system, we ensure the dust collector operates stably with moderate resistance.
3. Craftsmanship process: The mixed quartz sand material is fed into the double-shaft mixer for pre-hydration, and then enters the pelletizing disk for granulation. After pelletization, the material is transported to the drying section via a belt conveyor. It is heated by a hot air furnace system, and the moisture is reduced from 10.8% to 5% in the dryer. The dried pellets enter the next firing process, and the smoke from the dryer is passed through a dust filter to ensure that the smoke emission meets environmental standards.
