This customer is a medium-sized enterprise engaged in sewage sludge resource utilization, and has been involved in environmental protection for a long time. Due to their business needs, they require a mixer for mixing and transporting sewage sludge with soil.
Due to the high viscosity of sludge and clay, we recommend customers to use a double-shaft mixer with a solid mixing shaft to ensure the mixing shaft's load capacity during operation. Due to the large volume of material handling, the equipment uses cast blades and a higher number of dense blades to ensure effective mixing within the equipment. We communicated with the customer multiple times, refined and improved the equipment structure design, and through continuous optimization and development, we finally achieved customer satisfaction.
After the equipment arrived at the customer's site, it was fully tested under full load and met the client's requirements.
