As the flagship product of ZK, the HJ300×2.5m double-shaft acid mixer is specially designed to cope with harsh working conditions. The equipment adopts a paddle design with a blade rotation diameter of 300mm, a tank length of 2500mm, and a wheelbase of 264mm. Driven by the powerful 11kW reduction motor (model BWD5-23-YVF/11-4P), the spindle speed can be flexibly adjusted between 45-63.5r/min, easily achieving a production capacity of 2-3m³/h. Its working principle is scientific and effective: after the material enters the box from the feed port, the two rotating shafts with stirring blades rotate synchronously, pushing the acid-added materials (such as manganese ore powder and 98% concentrated sulfuric acid) continuously and evenly to the discharge port, integrating acid addition, mixing and transportation.
