Working principle:
The formed molecular sieve particles are evenly fed into the hardening cylinder through the chute from the feeding end of the cylinder. After the molecular sieve particles are lifted to a certain height with the rotation of the cylinder, they are free to fall under the action of gravity. Repeat this process. Since the hardening cylinder is installed in a inclined way, the molecular sieve particles move from the high end to the low end in the axial direction of the cylinder while rotating with the cylinder, during this process, the strength of molecular sieve balls is continuously improved, the surface is hardened, and then discharged through the discharge end of the cylinder to complete the shaping and hardening process of molecular sieve.
