II. Working principle

III. Application scope of bucket elevator

Bucket elevator is used to transport powder, granular and small block materials when vertical or inclined. The advantages of the bucket lifting machine are: the external dimension on the cross section is small, which can make the conveying system layout compact; The lifting height is large; It has good sealing performance, etc. Disadvantages: high sensitivity to overload; Hopper and traction parts vulnerable parts.
The height of the lifting material of bucket elevator can reach 80m (such as TDG type), and the commonly used range is less than 40m. The conveying capacity is below 1600 m³/h. In general, vertical bucket elevator is usually adopted. When vertical bucket elevator cannot meet the special technological requirements, inclined bucket elevator is adopted. Because the traction components of the tilting bucket lifting machine need to be added to support the traction components when the vertical degree is too large, which makes the structure complicated, so the tilting bucket lifting machine is rarely used.
III. Type classification of bucket elevator
At present, the bucket elevators commonly used in China are all vertical. Our factory mainly has the following models: TH, TD, TDG and NE.
1. TH type is the ring chain bucket elevator: the forged ring chain is used as the traction component, and the unloading method is mixed or gravity type unloading; Suitable for conveying materials are powder, granular and small block materials with loose density р less than 1.5 t/h, such as coal, cement, crushed stone, sand, chemical fertilizer, grain and so on. The temperature of the transported materials shall not exceed 250℃. TH bucket elevator has the following types: TH160, TH250, TH315(TH300), TH400, th500.
2. TD type is belt elevator: rubber belt is used as the traction part, and centrifugal or mixed unloading is used as the unloading method. It is suitable for conveying materials with loose density of р less than 1.5 t/h, powder, granular and small block of non-polished and semi-polished materials. The temperature of the transported materials shall not exceed 60℃. If heat-resistant rubber belt is used, the temperature shall not exceed 200℃. TD type belt elevator has the following types: TD100, TD160, TD250, TD315, TD400
3. TDG type is high-efficiency bucket elevator: EP conveyor belt and steel wire rope are used as traction parts, and centrifugal or mixed unloading method is used for unloading, which is suitable for transporting dry, loose and Liquid Powder, granular and block materials. Ordinary adhesive tape is suitable for conveying materials below 80℃, heat-resistant adhesive tape is suitable for conveying materials below 120℃, TDG plate chain elevator has the following types: TDG160, TDG250, TDG315, TDG400
4. NE type is plate chain elevator.
