When the screen is used for a long time, it will cause serious abrasion of the screen hole and seriously affect the screening effect. At this time, the worn mesh should be repaired. When the abrasion is very serious, the mesh should be considered to be replaced.
(3) Uneven feeding of sieve
When the feeding groove of the sieve is too narrow, the materials cannot be evenly distributed along the whole sieve surface, which makes the sieve surface unable to be effectively utilized, thus affecting the screening effect. At this time, the width of the feeding trough should be adjusted to make the feeding of the sieve uniform.
(4) The material on the sieve is too thick
The material on the sieve is too thick, which may be caused by the increase of the feeding amount, the blocking of the sieve hole, the small inclination angle of the sieve surface and so on. At this time, it should be adjusted according to the specific situation.
(5) Screen surface inclination enough
For circular vibrating screen, the most common reason for the poor screening effect is that the dip angle of the screen surface is not enough, so the back support seat needs to be raised. In practical application, the dip angle of the sieve surface is more appropriate when it is 20 °. Generally, the range of the dip angle of the circular vibrating screen is 15~20 °. If the dip angle is lower than 15 °, the material flow on the sieve will occur.
(6) the movement direction of eccentric block is not in the same phase
The poor screening quality may be related to the movement direction of the eccentric block, because two groups of eccentric blocks with the same quality need to rotate synchronously to produce a single vibration direction in each instant, the excitation force which forms a fixed angle with the horizontal direction makes the sieve box do reciprocating motion. If it is not in the same phase, it will cause that the direction of excitation force does not overlap with the direction of vibration, and the effect of efficient screening cannot be achieved.
(7) The screen is not tightened
When the screen is not tightened, it will make the sound abnormal when the screen is running and affect the screening effect of the screen. At this time, the screen should be tightened in time.
(8) the amplitude of the sieve is too small
When the amplitude of the vibrating screen is too small, the electrical fault should be considered first. Motor damage, insufficient voltage, etc. can lead to faults. When there is no problem in the above aspects, start from the mechanical aspect. Whether the materials on the sieve surface are piled up seriously, if so, they should be cleared in time; Whether the coupling bolts on the vibration exciter fall off or not, and whether the lubricating grease is lumped or not; If so, the bolts should be fastened in time to replace the grease.
(9) the vibration force of the sieve is weak
The possible reason for the weak vibration force is that the eccentric block is not installed correctly or too light, so the eccentric block should be adjusted at this time.
(10) the amplitude of the four points of the sieve is inconsistent
The four-point amplitude inconsistency of the sieve may be caused by the asynchronous operation of the exciter or eccentric block. At this time, it should be adjusted to synchronize the work of the exciter or eccentric block.
