(1) Reduce the heat loss of the cylinder
The heat loss of the rotary kiln in Chinais 739kJ/kg clinker, accounting for about 12% of the heat consumption ofclinker. Because of the use of raw materials, the heat consumption is167-502kJ/kg clinker lower than that of China. According to statistics, theheat consumption of the cylinder is reduced by 5.4 kJ/kg clinker for every 1 °Creduction. In recent years, the domestic promotion of thermal insulationmaterials has achieved good results. For example, calcium silicate boards havebeen widely used in preheating systems. According to the thermal measurementstatistics, the incomplete combustion heat loss of China's rotary kiln averages251kJ/kg clinker, accounting for about 4% of the clinker heat loss, of whichthe chemical incomplete combustion heat loss is 142-155kJ/kg clinker. Themechanical incomplete combustion heat loss is 71-130kJ/kg clinker. Thefollowing measures can be taken to reduce the heat loss from incompletecombustion:
1. Control of excess air coefficient. Inthe operation of the precalcining kiln, first, there must be sufficient airvolume, in order to maintain a certain excess air coefficient in order to havesufficient air volume. China's cement process management regulations stipulatethat the excess air coefficient is controlled between the first piles of 1.05to 1.15. However, it is appropriate to control the excess air ratio, mainly toensure that the excess fuel coefficient is kept as small as possible whileensuring complete combustion of the fuel.
That is to reduce the exhaust gas to takeaway heat.
2. Control the quality of pulverized coal.The factors affecting the burning speed also affect the completeness of fuelcombustion. To reduce the heat loss caused by incomplete combustion, themoisture and fineness of coal should meet the process requirements.
