I. Overview

The pre-watering ball technology and equipment include: disc ball making machine, double shaft mixer, steady flow speed feeder and automatic console. The equipment is reliable in use and significant ineconomic benefits. It has passed the ministerial appraisal and reached the international level.

The equipment is not only used in theautomatic control pre-watering ball system, but also suitable for cement rawmaterials into balls in other occasions, and can be used in other industriessuch as metallurgy to make ball equipment.

Third, the main features of the equipment

1. The transmission of the ball plate

Its transmission is realized by electricmotor, belt conveyor, reducer and gear transmission.

2. The bottom scraper

There are two sets of bottom scrapers. Eachset of five scrapers is a rotary type. Its function is to remove the materialof the bottom of the disc during the ball forming operation. Its structure andparameters match the diameter of the disc.

It moves the scraper in the same directionas the ball in the same direction, and cleans the material adhered to thebottom of the disc. The scraping area of the scraper can reach more than 98% ofthe entire area.

3. Side scraper

It adopts a fixed type, which is used toclean the material on the edge of the disc.

4. The structure of the ball plate

An adjustable mechanism is provided on theside of the disc to adjust the height of the side.

5. Adjust the tilt device

The machine is equipped with a simple disctilt adjustment device, which can be easily adjusted to the inclination of theball disc.

Fourth, the working principle

This series of ball-making machine belongsto the disc-type ball-making machine. The disc mounted on the frame is tiltedat an angle and rotated in a fixed direction and rotation speed. The incomingmaterial is a material which has been formed by pre-watering and has formed acore. The material is quickly generated by the core in the disk by rolling, andgradually increases to a predetermined strength and particle size and thenautomatically discharged out of the disk. The whole ball forming process relieson the mechanical force generated by the fully wetted planar material to rollin the disk, and produces a ball product with uniform particle size, smoothsurface, and certain strength and certain porosity.


Fifth, Installation, adjustment andcommissioning of equipment

1. Preparation before installation

1) Before installation, the surface of therust-proof oil and dirt that have been exposed to the outside of the bodyshould be removed.

2) Before installation, the surface of allexposed work pieces, including the screw parts, shall be inspected for damageand deformation due to loading and unloading, etc. If any of the above, it mustbe eliminated.

3) For large parts, such as the ball-shapeddisc body, it should be checked and measured for deformation. If seriousdeformation is found, it is necessary to take repair measures or return to ourfactory for repair when it is difficult to correct the surface.

2. Equipment installation

The ball forming machine has beenpre-assembled before leaving the factory and partially disassembled duringtransportation. Therefore, it is easier to install on the use site. The generalrequirements are as follows:

1) Mounting of the base

The base is to bear the weight of all theequipment except the base itself and the dynamic load during the operation ofthe ball plate. The installation quality of the base is strictly required, andthe base needs to be in good contact with the foundation. The base must be keptin the same plane and kept horizontal. The error shall not exceed 2 mm in thefull length range.

2) Installation of bottom scraper and sidescraper

The two sets of bottom scraper and sidescraper are mounted on the bottom and side scraper holders. The drive center ofthe scraper disc must be adjusted perpendicular to the bottom of the disc wheninstalled. The verticality is not more than 1/1000, and each scraper rod of thebottom scraper (The distance from the bottom of the disc is 10mm, and theheight difference between them should not exceed 2.5mm.

3. Adjustment and trial operation

After the whole machine is installed, it isnecessary to carry out general inspection to check whether each bolt istightened, whether the assembly of each component is correct, and whether themoving parts of the equipment have interferences such as bumps, bumps andcards. Check that each lubrication point is filled with grease.

1) Adjust the process parameters of theequipment to the required data before commissioning. For example, therotational speed, the inclination of the disc, the height of the disc, and thelike. The selection and determination of the process parameters can participatein the automatic debugging of the equipment commissioning instructions in theprocess design of the pre-watering ball system.

2) Commissioning. After the totalinspection is passed, the large disk must be manually rotated. According to allaspects, there is no abnormality. The large disk is flexible. After the wholemachine is locked and stabilized, it can be energized for no-load testoperation. The no-load test operation should be carried out according to thefollowing procedure. First, jog several times. After no abnormality, carry outcontinuous empty operation for 5-10 minutes, stop the inspection, and then runcontinuously for more than 5 hours.
