Cement rotary kiln are commonly used for heat processing of minerals and aggregates such as lime, cement, and iron ore. To achieve consistent quality results, it is important to maintain a uniform product temperature at the kiln entry, mid zone, and discharge.
First, the construction site and equipment appearance inspectionrotary kiln equipment
1. Clean up the site and retreat the large machines. Remove thescaffolding, exit the starter, and check for obstructions around the rotarykiln. Check that the safety fence and safety cover are intact.
2. Check whether the parts of each part of the equipment areinstalled. Whether the detection device of the equipment is complete, whetherall the instruments, signal devices and adding devices are intact.
3. Check the tightening degree of the bolts and connecting boltsaround the place and whether the rivets or bolts of the large ring gear springplate and the kiln cylinder are tight.
4. Check if there are any debris on the surface of the roller andthe wheel, and if there is any debris between the inner ring and the pad. Usecompressed air to blow the slag debris in the gap and add lubricant.
5. Check whether the oil filling amount of each lubrication pointreaches the oil level, and whether the installation direction of the rollerbearing oil spoon is correct.
Second, measurement and inspection rotary kiln equipment
1. Check the foundation settlement on the base pier elevationreference point and make a record.
2. Send power to the switch control cabinet to check whether thevoltage meets the power supply requirements. Measure whether the groundingresistance of each motor meets the requirements.
Third, the auxiliary facilities are opened to check the rotarykiln equipment.
1. Turn on the cooling water system, check the water quality andquantity of water, whether the valve action is flexible, whether the water flowis smooth, and whether the pipeline has water leakage.
2. Turn on the lubrication system and hydraulic system, adjust theoil supply pressure, check whether there is abnormal vibration and leakage,whether the oil supply quantity meets the requirements, whether the spray (sprinkling)oil point is suitable, and whether the oil return is smooth.
3. Disconnect the coupling, turn on the motor, check whether therotation direction meets the design requirements, measure the no-load voltageand current of the motor, and record.
Fourth, inspection during commissioning
1. Check the temperature rise of the motor, reducer andtransmission bearing, whether the cooling water is unblocked, and check whetherthe oil station is normal. The temperature of the bearing is measured every0.5h, and the temperature of the roller bearing and reducer must not exceed 70°C.
2. Check the meshing of the gears of the transmission size, thereshould be no abnormal noise. Check the oil level on the tooth surface and theoil pressure and lubricant mist of the fuel injection lubrication device.
3. Check the contact condition between the wheel and the roller,and the contact length is required to reach about 70% of the width of thewheel.
4. The kiln head and kiln tail sealing device are required to havegood contact and no local abnormal wear.
5. Check the looseness of the foot bolts and coupling bolts.
6. Check the turbulence of the kiln cylinder and do a good job ofadjusting the roller.
