First, the middle mine treatment method in the flotation process

The tailings and sweeping foam products of selected operations inthe process are generally referred to as medium mines. The treatment method ofthe medium ore depends on the content of the continuous body in the middle ore,the floatability of the useful minerals, the composition of the medium ore, thecontent of the chemicals in the medium ore, and the quality requirements of theconcentrate. There are several ways to deal with it:
1. Return the middle mine to the previous operation in turn. Themedium ore, which is essentially dissociated from useful minerals, can betreated as such. This treatment can simplify the transportation of the mine,and in most cases can constitute a free-flow transport.
2. The middle and the mine will return to roughing or grindingoperations. When the useful minerals are good in floatability and the qualityof the concentrate is high, the medium ore can be returned to the roughselection. When there are more connected organisms, they can be combined toreturn to grinding.
3. The medium and mine are treated separately. The middle minereturns to the main circuit without good separation, and the medium mine can betaken out and processed in a single loop.
In addition, in the treatment of medium ore, if a large amount ofmetal is lost in order to obtain a qualified concentrate flotation method, andit is expensive or difficult to obtain a qualified concentrate, the medium orecan be treated by pyrometallurgical or chemical methods. It can even beprocessed directly as a low grade concentrate.
Second, the reasons and solutions for high consumption offlotation reagents
During the flotation process, the ore particles expand theflotation of the particles under the action of the flotation agent, and thefloatable particles are floated, overflowed in the slurry, and then dehydratedand dried to obtain the finished product. In actual production, the flotationprocess of slime sorting often has the phenomenon that the flotation agent consumptionis too high, which seriously affects the product quality.
1.There are many types of raw coal to be washed, and the mixingand washing frequently change, resulting in unstable flotation and floatingconcentration. Ensure that the floating concentration is controlled at90g/l-100g/l. If there is a concentration that does not meet the requirements,record the type of raw coal and the amount of washing in time for futureinspection. Master the situation of raw coal washing and washing in advance,determine a reasonable pharmaceutical system, take different flotationoperations for different raw coals, and use different dosage ratios.
2. The operating staff of the flotation lacks a variety ofoperating experience in coal. A flotation operator training program can beestablished to train the flotation operator in theory and skills to improve theoperational level of the flotation operator.
3. The daily maintenance and cleaning of the flotation equipmentare not in place. The flotation machine and the slurry preparation device arecleaned once a week, and the drug atomization tray is inspected at any time toensure the atomization effect of the medicament and save the consumption of themedicament. Strengthen the inspection of equipment, such as the occurrence ofproblems in the flotation machine and slurry preparation device, and timelyreport and repair.
