First, clay accumulation

The vibration amplitude of the vibrating screen is too small toeffectively overcome the viscous force of the clay, causing it to accumulate onthe screen and quickly damage the screen.

Solution:

1. Increase the vibration amplitude.

2. Use screened water to smash screens and clay to reducestickiness, but this method is only suitable for applications where water isallowed to be added.

3. Adjust the angle of the screen at the end of the sand-removalport to facilitate the material discharge by gravity.

4. Change the mesh number of the screen or adjust the flow rate ofthe single screen so that the material can be discharged smoothly.

Second, the motor steering error

When debugging the motor steering, on-site operators based on pastexperience believe that as long as the material goes forward, this method isonly suitable for linear screens. If the motor rotates incorrectly toward theinside, the angle of projection is 45° forward, but the material has a force toroll backwards. At this time, the speed of forward movement is much slower, andthe long time on the screen will cause the material to be discharged.

Solution:

1. When the screen box is running, press the stop button of theelectric control box. At this moment, the vibration screen will stop slowly.Observe the elliptical path formed by the small point on the side plate duringthe operation of the vibrating screen and roll it to the sand outlet to makethe correct steering.

2. Remove the vibrator shield and check that the eccentric shaftrotates to the outside.

3. Replace any two phase wires in the power supply of the electriccontrol box and sprinkle some sand on the screen surface. The quicker one isthe correct direction.

Third, the screen and sieve frame fit tight

After the strips supporting the screen wear, the screen cannot bereliably contacted with it, the screen is not properly taut.

Fourth, poor quality screen

The screen usually has an upper sieve layer and a lower forcelayer, and the two layers are required to be closely fitted. If the screenprocess is poor, when the force layer on the bottom of the screen is tight, thelayered layer is not tightened, the throwing power of materials during work isgreatly reduced, and it cannot be screened and discharged smoothly. Solution:Replace the high quality screen.
