This equipment is used for stable feeding. The front-end equipment is silo, the back-end equipment is scraper and bucket lifting, and the material is Coke block. It is required that the feeding amount can be adjusted within a certain range.

The particle size of the material is 20-40mm, the bulk density is about 400-500kg/m³, and the output is required to be 10 m³/h.

Since there are variables in the demand for output of subsequent equipment, the amount of feed needed can be adjusted.

III. Solutions

The GZ3 electromagnetic vibration feeder is used to continuously transport materials to the receiving device, and can manually adjust the feeding amount. The silicon controlled rectifier circuit is adopted, and the feeding amount can be adjusted conveniently by adjusting the open angle of the silicon controlled rectifier in the use process, and the centralized control of the production process can be realized.
