Project Introduction: This project is an annual output of 200000 cubic meters of finished ceramsite of Qingdao Shouyi Environmental Science and Technology Co., Ltd. The main raw materials of this project are waste soil, sludge and industrial waste residue, which are used for aging, and then granulated and calcined to form ceramsite.

1. Working principle of equipment

Roller granulator is a molding equipment that makes materials containing certain moisture into a specific shape, mainly composed of rack, fixed roller device, movable roller device, transmission device, etc. Its working process is to extrude and form the materials entering the roller granulator at one time. The machine has the advantages of reasonable structure, stable and reliable performance, convenient cleaning and maintenance, low energy consumption, long service life, high granulation rate, etc.

The working principle of the opposite roller granulator is that the motor uses the belt to drive the reducer, and then the reducer drives the fixed roller and the movable roller to rotate synchronously through chain drive. The materials fall between the opposite rollers from above the equipment, and are squeezed and granulated by the double rollers, and then unloaded from the discharge port. The first function of extrusion is to squeeze out the air between particles, and the other is to make the distance between particles close enough to generate attraction such as Fan Dehua force, adsorption force, Crystal Bridge and embedded connection. Extrusion granulation particles are mainly formed by the force between molecules.

2. Equipment structure composition and characteristics

The double roller granulator is made up of rack, transmission device, movable roller device, fixed roller device and other accessory parts. The structural characteristics of each part are as follows:

1) rack: after the overall welding is completed, the large vertical lathe and boring and milling machine are used for integrated processing and manufacturing, which ensures the processing, matching accuracy and form and position tolerance of each part and effectively improves the installation accuracy and reliability of the whole machine.

2) transmission device: belt transmission is adopted between the motor and the reducer, and the transmission is stable and reliable.

3). Movable roller device: the guide rail frame is embedded in the bearing seat. By adjusting the position of the spring seat, the bearing seat slides along the guide rail frame, and the pre-pressure of the movable roller device is adjusted through the screw screw, thus obtaining the products that meet the requirements.

4) fixed roller device: adopt the split structure of roller and wheel hub, which is convenient to replace roller. The cylinder is made of high quality carbon steel plate by rolling and welding. The high end is equipped with material retaining ring to prevent material return, and the low end is equipped with supporting wheel hub to prevent deformation of the cylinder during extrusion.

5), accessory parts: the roller cover device, chain and pulley shield.

3. Equipment advantages

1) energy-saving and consumption-reducing extrusion granulation is the granulation of materials at normal temperature. Compared with other methods, drying measures such as fuel oil and gas are not needed.

2). No additional adhesive is needed for dry granulation. No additional additives are needed. Only the intermolecular force of the material itself is needed to simplify the process and reduce energy consumption.

3). The investment is relatively low, because the drying process is omitted, the feeding ratio is low (accounting for about 15% of the total feeding amount of the extruder), the process flow is simple, and the investment is relatively low.

4). The composition of raw materials is flexible, and the route of raw materials for extrusion granulation production is relatively wide. At present, there are more than 20 kinds of materials that have been successfully used for extrusion granulation. The extrusion granulation technology department is adopted to change the product formula in a very short time.
