II. Project Description

Xinwei coal industry is a comprehensive enterprise engaged in coal mining, processing and sales, mine equipment leasing, gas power generation, online sales, mechanical and electrical maintenance, and coal technical consulting services. The company is rich in coal gangue resources. In order to digest and comprehensively utilize this resource, and also to reduce the production cost of the enterprise, the project is constructed. The project uses ring hammer crusher, and the production line is simple and practical.

III. Working principle of equipment

The ring hammer crusher is a kind of impact rotor crusher with ring hammer. The ring hammer can not only rotate with the rotor, but also rotate around the hammer pin. After the material enters the crusher, it is crushed by the impact of the high-speed rotating ring hammer in the crushing cavity. At the same time, the crushed material obtains kinetic energy from the ring hammer, rushes to the crushing plate at a high speed, receives secondary crushing, and then falls on the sieve plate, through, grinding and the collision between materials, the materials are further broken, and discharged out of the machine through the sieve hole, the unbroken sundries are pushed into the metal collector by the ring hammer, and cleaned by the operator regularly. The adjustment of discharge grain size is realized by replacing sieve plates of different specifications, and the spacing between rotor and sieve plates can be adjusted by adjusting device as needed.

IV. Manufacturing process

4.1 Rack

Steel plate welding shall be adopted, and the steel plate material shall not be lower than the provisions on Q235B in GB/t700.

4.2 pin shaft

The material is 45 steel, and the quality conforms to GB/T699-1999.

4.3 hammer head

The material ZGMn13 has high impact resistance, high production efficiency, small wear of parts, and the quality conforms to GB/T5680-1998.

4.4 sieve plate

The material ZGMn13 has good wear resistance and the quality conforms to GB/T5680-1998. It is easy to replace, and the opening adopts the design of horn hole, which makes the material not easy to block.

4.5 rotor plate

The rotor disk is mainly composed of main shaft, gear ring, Halo, partition plate, plywood, pin shaft and so on, with compact structure and convenient installation and maintenance.
