Multi-layer linear vibrating screen is mainly a seat-mounted multi-layer vibrating screen extension, which matches the corresponding sieve plates according to the requirements of the number of materials sifted by different products, and can screen and filter various materials of different specifications at the same time. Moreover, the process of changing the sieve screen is simple, the equipment is convenient to operate and the application range is wide. It is mainly applied to the screening, grading, filtration and dehydration of granular and powdery materials in chemical industry, paper making, Metallurgical building materials, grain, abrasive, chemical fertilizer and other industries.

Multilayer linear vibrating screen mainly consists of: sieve box, sieve plate, vibrating motor and supporting device:

Box body: it is mainly welded with Q235B steel plate, or it can be welded with stainless steel plate according to application requirements.

Sieve surface: the sieve surface has two structural forms, stainless steel slotted sieve plate and metal wire braided mesh, which are respectively fixed by vertical compression and vertical tension. The replacement of sieve surface is convenient and quick, and the service life is long.

Vibration Motor: Two Horizontal Vibration motors are used to generate vibration sources, and eccentric blocks at both ends of the motor are adjusted to meet different requirements of excitation force.

Supporting device: the supporting device is composed of the supporting frame welded by channel steel and the supporting spring. The inclination angle of the screen surface can be changed by changing the height of the front and rear supporting legs.

Working principle:

Two vibrating motors are installed at the lower part of the sieve machine, which are synchronized and rotated in reverse phase when working. When the eccentric block rotates, it generates the rated excitation force. Under its action, the box body supported on the four damping springs generates reciprocating linear vibration. When the vertical component N of the vibration acceleration of the tank body is greater than the gravity and the acceleration g of gravity, the materials in the tank are thrown up, and jump forward according to the trajectory of parabola. Every time the tank body vibrates, the materials are thrown up once. In the process of meeting the sieve surface, the materials smaller than the sieve seam pass through the sieve surface, thus achieving the purpose of grading.

Use and maintenance

1. The operator shall be familiar with the performance, structural principle and maintenance checkpoint of each part of the equipment.

2, each shift should carry out equipment inspection, check whether the bolts of each part are loose, whether the sieve surface is loose and damaged. If the bolt is loose, it should be tightened in time. If the sieve surface is damaged, it should be replaced in time.

3. The feeding amount is as uniform and moderate as possible during operation. Except for special circumstances, it is strictly prohibited to continue feeding materials to the sieve machine after stopping the machine and stopping the machine.

4. The vibration motor is the key component of the equipment. The repair and maintenance of the motor should refer to the Manual of the vibration motor for maintenance.
