Fly Ash Granulation Test

I. Material characteristics and experimental purposes

1.1 The material is the fly ash produced by the boiler burning pulverized coal and other fuels, with yellow and dark color and gravel powder;

1.2 The purpose of the experiment: mix and stir the material and fly ash in proportion, and granulate with φ600 pot granulator to verify the ball-making effect of the material. The particle size of the blank is required to be 5mm, and find out the best moisture content of the material into the ball, the range value of adding water to the ball and the strength change of the material ball after drying, so as to provide reliable basis for the research and development of the customer's.

3.1 After mixing and stirring the fly ash material with municipal sludge, it is easy to form a ball, reaching the expected particle size of 5mm of the customer, and the strength of the wet material ball is low after being put out of the pot, but after drying and dehydration, the strength of the material ball is relatively high, which is not easy to crush.
