Operation of screw conveyor:

1, the screw conveyor should start without load, after starting can feed to the screw conveyor;

2. During initial feeding, the feeding speed should be gradually increased until the rated conveying capacity is reached. The feeding of screw conveyor should be uniform, otherwise it is easy to cause the phenomenon of stuffing of conveying materials, overload of driving device and early damage of the whole machine;

3. In order to ensure no-load starting, the feeding must be stopped before the shutdown, and the operation can only be stopped after all the materials in the tank are sent out;

4, often check the working status of each part of the screw conveyor in use, check whether the fasteners are loose, if there is any loose should be handled in time;

5. Special attention should be paid to whether the connecting bolts of each part are loose, dropped or cut off. If this phenomenon is found, stop immediately and repair it;

6. Lubricating oil and grease should be often added to each bearing seat of screw conveyor to ensure normal lubrication of equipment;

Second: the structure of the screw conveyor is simple, and there are few faults in the usual production process, mainly in the following aspects.

1. The spiral spindle stops rotating

(1) if the amount of materials transported is too large, the materials cannot pass through the hanging bearing in the middle smoothly, and the material resistance at the bearing in the middle is too large, causing the motor to stop running under load. At this time, the materials in the conveyor must be cleaned.

(2) the resistance at the middle hanging bearing is large, and the seal is damaged. If the material enters the bearing, the bearing will not rotate or the bearing will be damaged.

(3) There are too many large pieces of materials in the conveying materials, the running resistance between the materials and the tank body is large, the motor runs under overload, and the motor thermal relay is protected.

2. The connecting bolt is broken

(1) when the spiral body is blocked, stop the machine and remove the materials

(2) uneven stress, should be evenly Fed

3. The feeding port is blocked

(1) if the feeding amount is too large, the feeding amount should be reduced

(2) if the feeding is not uniform, the feeding should be uniform at this time

4. The hanging bearing is worn too fast

(1) when the material penetrates into the hanging bearing, the infiltrated material should be removed or the hanging bearing should be replaced.

(2) If the lubricating oil is insufficient, sufficient lubricating oil should be added at this time
