II. Solutions and equipment features

Mexican customers initially needed a small ball mill for experimental testing, with a production capacity of 10-12kg. It was known that the material was clinker. Zheng mining machine recommend a 305 × 350mm Test ball mill to meet the customer's needs, and the customer agreed and confirmed the order quickly.

In this experiment, the ball mill is a central drive and intermittent unloading ball mill. When the machine body rotates, the material is highly crushed due to the impact and grinding of the moving hard grinding body. When the grinding is stopped, the crushed materials are unloaded through the unloading mill door. The fineness of grinding operation is controlled by grinding time. This product has the characteristics of less investment, energy saving and power saving compared with similar products, novel structure, simple operation, safe use, stable and reliable performance, etc. This type of ball mill is mainly composed of chassis, main bearing device, cylinder part, transmission device and other components.
