I. Usage

II. Working principle

The flotation machine absorbs the slurry in the mixing tank, with the help of the centrifugal effect of the rotation of the impeller in the lower stator of the tank (the structure of the stator and the impeller is similar to that of the centrifugal pump). On the one hand, the pulp is fully stirred; On the other hand, a large amount of air is inhaled from the suction pipe and the air is broken into tiny bubbles. The useful mineral particles adhere to the surface of bubbles under the action of the medicament and float up to the surface of the pulp, forming a mineralized foam layer, which is scraped out of the flotation tank by the scraper and falls into the chute, while the tailings are discharged through the tail discharge pipe.

III. Structure composition

1 tank body

The flotation machine is horizontally arranged and divided into multiple slots. Each set of flotation machines should be pre-installed before leaving the factory. They can be shipped by one unit and assembled on site. Rubber pads are sealed between the multi-slot areas.

2 impeller part

The impeller part is the core of the flotation machine. It can absorb slurry and inhale simultaneously, mix air and pulp, and keep the pulp in a suspended state. The axial and radial clearance between the impeller and the stator directly affects the slurry absorption, suction and power consumption of the flotation machine.

After the Flotation machine runs for a period of time, the edge of the impeller and the stator will gradually wear out, which will lead to the decrease of the suction capacity and the deterioration of the working condition, so it needs to be replaced in time. After the Flotation machine adopts rubber-lined impeller and rubber-lined stator, the service life of the impeller and stator is prolonged and the flotation conditions are improved.

There is an oil Cup at the upper and lower cone bearings of the impeller part, and butter is injected once a week.

3 slurry water level regulator

This machine adopts the method of controlling slurry flow to control the height of liquid level of each tank. Turning the handwheel of the pulp water level regulator can change the relative position between the gate and the feeding pipe, thus changing the flow area of the feeding pipe and achieving the purpose of controlling the liquid level. The level of the flotation machine is an important parameter that affects the flotation effect.

According to the technological requirements, it is installed between different grooves. It can prevent the flow of liquid level between tank bodies to meet the technological requirements.
