I. Brief introduction of hazardous waste incineration rotary kiln equipment

Hazardous waste incineration rotary kiln is mainly used for comprehensive hazardous waste incineration treatment. According to the comprehensive material characteristics and incineration process requirements of hazardous wastes, this type of rotary kiln has the advantages of complete incineration, strong adaptability, high operation rate, low energy consumption, simple operation and maintenance, etc.

II. Working principle of hazardous waste incineration rotary kiln

Hazardous solid waste (including medical waste) to be treated enters the kiln from the feed end (high-end) of the cylinder for incineration. Due to the tilt and slow rotation of the cylinder, the material from the feeding end (high end) of the cylinder to the discharging end (low end) will produce a comprehensive movement that rolls along the circumferential direction and moves along the axial direction. The solid waste is burned and decomposed in the kiln, and the solid waste after basic treatment is discharged from the discharging end (low end) of the cylinder and enters the secondary combustion chamber for further treatment. The fuel is sprayed into the kiln barrel by the feeding end (high-end) of the barrel, and the heat exchange is completed with the solid waste entering the barrel.

III. Structural characteristics of hazardous waste incineration rotary kiln

1. The cylinder adopts two-gear support, the support part is thickened, and the welding adopts automatic submerged arc welding; The kiln tail guard adopts cast heat-resistant steel for easy replacement.

2. Supporting device of supporting wheel and supporting device of supporting gear wheel: rolling bearing is adopted to simplify the structure of supporting wheel, improve the reliability of overall operation, reduce the useless power loss during the operation of cylinder, and make maintenance and overhaul more convenient.

3. The transmission part adopts frequency conversion speed regulating motor, which can adjust the rotating speed at any time according to the specific situation, and can rotate and stop rotating depending on the power provided by frequency conversion motor and gear drive system. Energy saving and environmental protection, high efficiency, high speed regulation precision and stable operation.

4. Auxiliary transmission: the auxiliary transmission motor is adopted to ensure that when the main power supply of the rotary kiln is interrupted, the rotary kiln can still operate on the plate kiln to prevent the bending and deformation of the cylinder and facilitate maintenance. Besides, the rotary kiln is equipped with electric hydraulic block brake to avoid reverse rotation when the kiln is stopped.

5. Kiln head and tail sealing device: adopt three-layer flexible sealing (stainless steel sealing scale + Carbon silicon aluminum fiber composite plate + stainless steel sealing scale) combined with labyrinth structure sealing, with low air leakage rate, better sealing performance, higher reliability, longer service life and convenient replacement, which can significantly reduce its maintenance cost.
