This project includes a series of well-designed stages: starting from feeding to forklift, it goes through a series of procedures such as buffer bin, vibrating feeder, large jaw crusher, high-inclination belt conveyor, small jaw crusher, plate chain elevator and so on to reach the reagent warehouse. The process also includes transporting materials through large silos, vibrating feeders and belt conveyors, and key steps such as degreasing cleaning and secondary plate chain elevator lifting. To ensure the safety and efficiency of the process, reversible belt conveyors and dust collectors are used at the end of the process. the whole production process.

Material status：

The main processing agent in this project is calcium carbide carbide, an inorganic compound with the chemical formula CaC2. As an important basic chemical raw material, it is mainly used to produce acetylene gas. Calcium carbide is a white crystalline powder, while industrial products are mostly gray-black lumps, and the color of its cross section is generally purple or gray. Since calcium carbide reacts violently with water to form acetylene and generate heat, strict requirements are imposed on the production equipment and environment.

Project Progress

As a new construction project, this project requires the overall design of the workshop to be explosion-proof as much as possible, considering the fact that calcium carbide directly enters the subsequent chemical process after crushing and beneficiation, and calcium carbide reacts violently with water. Based on deep knowledge and rich practical experience, Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. engineers closely cooperated with customers to conduct detailed surveys and plan the construction site.
